I know what matters to me. I’m seeking:

A company, leader, and team who share my values. I will not settle for a team who does not share my principles. It’s just not something I’ll negotiate.

Balance. I have always taken my work and my career extremely seriously. I take my responsibilities as a father, partner, son, and friend just as seriously. I need to be able to invest my time, talent, and energy into both.

Goals + Autonomy. I am energized by goals and expectations that are clear, sensible, ambitious, and measurable. I work best in environments where I am given autonomy and authority to achieve them.

Purpose. I don’t expect work to always be fun or easy. I do need to know that my work is making a difference: to others, to society, to the planet. I want my work to be strategic, dynamic, and meaningful.

Industries:

OPEN. I have have specialized experience in Retail. I’d love to find opportunities that leverage my skills to advance environmental causes. I’m particularly interested in Consulting, (Green) Tech, & Circular Retail.

Titles:

OPEN. The work is much more important to me than the title. I could see my experience being a natural fit as a BPO, Consultant, Program Manager, Solution Architect, Business Operations Manager/Partner, etc.

Leadership:

FLEXIBLE. I’ve proven that I can lead large and dynamic teams. Ideally, my next role involves leading people. I understand that might not always be an option, based on strategy and structure. I’d like to talk about how I can continue to develop future leaders.

Location & Travel:

FIXED. I live in Bath, ME. Relocation is not an option for me and my ability to travel for work is limited. I have proven that I can excel at remote work and would love to find a role that allows me to travel to HQ or to clients on a predictable and manageable basis.

Role Type:

OPEN. I’m open to roles of all types: Full Time, Part Time, or Contract.

Size:

OPEN. I’ve worked for startups and a +billion dollar corporation. I can navigate and excel in any company or non-profit with a strong mission, strategy, and structure.
